Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026

1. Purpose Of This Policy. This Privacy Policy explains how SameDay Media Prestige ("Prestige," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects information when you access our website, dashboard, Discord community, mentorship systems, and related services.

2. Information We Collect. Depending on your use of the Services, we may collect: account identifiers (Discord ID, username, avatar), membership details, billing metadata, payment status records, scheduling/bookings data, clip review metadata, support requests, communication content, technical logs, and service usage signals.

3. Authentication And Identity Data. When you sign in through Discord OAuth, we process account fields needed to authenticate you, determine role permissions, and provide dashboard/admin functionality. We store only what is reasonably required to operate the member experience and protect the platform.

4. Payment And Transaction Data. We process payment-related data required to generate checkout links, track payment states, and reconcile membership status. Sensitive payment instrument handling is performed by integrated processors and networks; we do not claim ownership of third-party processor infrastructure or policies.

5. Mentorship Operations Data. We store operational records such as member plan state, due dates, review queues, AI caption metadata, mentor availability, call bookings, moderation notes, and system event history necessary to deliver services and maintain quality, reliability, and abuse prevention.

6. How We Use Information. We use data to authenticate users, provide and improve services, coordinate mentorship workflows, send notifications, support scheduling and reviews, monitor platform reliability, enforce terms, investigate misuse, comply with legal obligations, and communicate material service updates.

7. Legal Bases (Where Applicable). Depending on jurisdiction, our processing may rely on contractual necessity, legitimate business interests, consent, legal compliance, or protection against fraud, abuse, and security threats.

8. Data Sharing. We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with service providers and integrations required for operation (hosting, infrastructure, analytics, support, messaging, scheduling, payment processing, AI tooling), and when required by law, legal process, or safety/security response.

9. International Processing. Because our infrastructure and providers may operate in multiple regions, information may be processed in jurisdictions outside your location. By using the Services, you understand and consent to such transfers where legally permitted.

10. Retention. We retain information for as long as needed to provide Services, satisfy legal/accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security/audit records. Retention periods vary by data category and operational purpose.

11. Security. We apply administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to reduce unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for account credential safety and endpoint/device security.

12. Member Content And Communications. Information you submit in support requests, review notes, scheduling data, and community communication may be processed by authorized staff/mentors for service delivery, moderation, and quality control. Please avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information.

13. Cookies And Similar Technologies. We may use cookies/session tokens and similar mechanisms for authentication, session continuity, security, and analytics. Browser controls may affect feature availability if these technologies are disabled.

14. Your Rights. Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, export, objection, or restriction of certain personal data processing. Requests may require identity verification and may be limited by legal, security, or operational obligations.

15. Children. Our Services are not directed to children under the minimum age required by applicable law and platform requirements. If we learn prohibited-age data has been provided, we may remove associated records and restrict access.

16. Third-Party Services. Links and integrations with third-party services are governed by those providers' policies and terms. We are not responsible for third-party privacy or security practices outside our direct systems.

17. Policy Updates. We may revise this Privacy Policy to reflect operational, legal, or product changes. Updates are effective when posted. Continued use after posting indicates acceptance of the updated policy.

18. Contact. For privacy requests or data questions, contact Prestige through official support channels available in your dashboard and community resources.
